The driver was provided with Win 8.1 64 bit, which is why it worked on that platform. This driver is part of the copy protection mechanism on AOM and other games. It's the fact that Windows 10 doesn't come with SECDRV.SYS driver, and the one that comes with the game is a 32-bit driver that isn't signed and won't work.
'I guess you are having the same problem as myself and a number of others. Here is what most guys have to say about the issue I just auto assumed it would not work with windows 10 and uninstalled it and stopped playing.

I download the game pack from torrent too like bsb0708. I had aom and aomx on windows 7 and it always seemed to work fine.īut it just does not launch on windows 10.
